Adding ESRS GW server at ECS GUI failed

Hi Team,

Anyone encounter issue when trying to add new server at ECS GUI and failed ?

1. Telnet GWIP:9443 is working fine.

2.Trying to add ECS device at Servicelink and test remote access is working fine. (removed the device after test)
