Help Me Fix This Error: ‘SPSS Statistics Client Scripting failed to start. The network host cannot be found, net:Local Computer: 0”

Hello,

I have just installed SPSS Statistics Standard Grad Pack Version 23 for Mac, operating on MacOS Sierra, Version 10.12.3.

When I open SPSS, the following error message appears:

‘SPSS Statistics Client Scripting failed to start. The network host cannot be found, net:Local Computer: 0”

What does this error mean and how can I fix it?

Thanks for your help.
