How to troubleshoot Scan Not Uploaded

ILMT screen lists failed machines under “Scan Not Uploaded”. I then go over to Bigfix, and ILMT and select “Force Reupload of Software Scan Results” on these machines. All my machines report “Not Relevant”.

Why would it report “Not Relevant”? If a server is reporting “Scan not uploaded”, it’s logical to seem that it would be relevant to reupload the software scan of the scan has not been uploaded.

Please point me to the log files to look on the clients (AIX and Solaris servers) as well as the url that gives troubleshooting steps for this.

I am using BigFix 9.5.4.38 on a RedHat 6.7 Linux server. and am running ILMT 9.2.8.0 on the same server, under BigFix.
