I need help to calculate D Prime on data – im not a stats person :)

hi, im not a ‘statistics person’ but i need to calculate the ‘D prime’ from data.

Essentially we ran an experiment to see if: one face in a clear picture – looked the same as a face from cct footage.

The results were in four categories: Hit, Miss, False Alarm and lastly, Correct rejection. (this has been recorded and given to us in excel). I have opened the file in the IBM SPSS application. Yet I have never used it before and I am unsure as how to calculate the d prime from the values.
