Juniper switch log collection problem.

Hi all,

My customer has Juniper EX switches, SRX and M Series routers. We have added that devices to Qradar as log sources. But after that, Their status have been still N/A. When I check the logs from Log Activity. I can see the logs from their IP address or fqdn addresses, but the log source name seems “SIM Generic Log DSM-7” although it has been added to log sources as Juniper EX switch. We have this issue for all EX and SRX devices. Do you have any idea about this issue? I am also adding detailed screenshots about this issue.
