Re-installing SPSS after changing computers

I’ve changed my PC and laptop recently and so have lost SPSS (which was installed on both). How can I re-install? I no longer have the annual support package and – despite my best efforts – don’t seem to be able to purchase this again to reactivate it (so I can’t access the software via Passport Advantage). I’ve made about 10 phone calls to 3-4 different IBM phone numbers but they haven’t been able to help up until this point.
