553-Message filtered error from our customers

I do not need a solution (just sharing information)

Hi,

One of our customers is trying to send us an email, and gets a response of “553-Message filtered” from Message Labs. We’re not using Symantec email security or any other service on our side. Do you know why our customer’s system is bouncing these emails? Any help is appreciated!
