Our domain’s email-addresses (ending in globaldiversitypractice.com) are being filtered by Symantec under a 553 – Message filtered error. I’ve already submitted a copy of the e-mail to the investigation email address but this is quite an urgent enquiry as many of our clients are no longer receiving our e-mails.

Please can you help? I’ve already used mxtoolbox.com to verify that our SPF, DNS and MX records are all functioning correctly, and have had a look for our domain on any blacklists but it isn’t showing up on any that I’m aware of.
