We are in the process of evaluating and will be purchasing Endpoint Protection Cloud. We have it installed on several computers. We’ve had threats that were downloaded to computers, and Endpoint Protection Cloud detects the threat – but nothing is done with the file. It doesn’t get quarantined or deleted.
I’ve looked around at the default policies, as well as creating our own policy – but where in the administration site are we able to specify quarantine options? And do we have the ability to delete the threats immediately? This is how we had our previous solution configured.
