I just subscribed to the sep cloud, and i’m unable to enroll any of my iphones or imac devices. Anyone else having issues with this?
Enrollment is a two step process, i’m able to install the management proifle, but i never get the pop-up to install the security application as it instructs.
I’ve opened a ticket with symantec and it’s been a week with no solution, ugh…
MDM is enabled with Security Certificate Mangement for 365 days inital and counting.
