SEPC Client keeps on “Compromised” status

I need a solution

Hi All,

Right now I’m evaluating SEPC for my company.

The product looks very good, nevertheless, on the management console, I’m having a device with status “compromised” I try to resolve it using the options “Fix Now”, “Quick Scan”, “Product LiveUpdate”, “Full Scan” and “Content LiveUpdate” without result so far.

I also tried to ask for support but I’m using the trial version, and that’s why the team support can’t help me.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?.
