Citrix Cloud: Unable to add AD group in policy in Studio. Error “Could not resolve account name” Error Id: XDDS:02BABC94

Complete a full log off from HTML5 console session by following the steps below:

-Click the half moon Receiver button at the top middle of your browser.

-Click the ellipses and chose Log Off.

To relaunch the Manage console again simply log out of https://citrix.cloud.com and log back in.
