Remote PC Access statistics not displaying in Citrix Analytics

Installing the UPM on Remote PC explicitly

UPM installers can be found in the Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops installer and can be installed explicitly. The following 2 components need to be installed to address the missing metrics mentioned above:

1. Citrix User Profile Manager

The installer can be found at image-full/x64/ProfileManagement/profilemgt_x64.msi for a 64-bit OS. It can be installed by either elevated command line or via the interactive mode with a double click.

2. UPM WMI Plugin

The installer can be found at image-full/x64/Virtual Desktop Components/UpmVDAPlugin_x64.msi for a 64-bit OS. It can be installed by either elevated command line or via the interactive mode with a double click.

Installation of UPM on RemotePC

Once UPM is installed on the RemotePC, the metrics required to monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in RemotePC sessions are available on the CAS/P

Post UPM Install on Remote PC, upon launching a Remote PC HDX session, the CAS/P views would look like as depicted in the following screenshots:
