ShareFile – Updated Credit Card, Invoice is Still Due, Need to be Re-billed

Citrix Support can process the credit card payment for you. Submit a support case using this form. Once your payment has been processed, your invoice will show as paid and a you may download a copy of the latest invoice as explained here: CTX239110 – How to Download a Copy of Your ShareFile Invoice.
