Support for Citrix ADC on Azure – Subscription license with hourly price

Citrix provides support for Citrix ADC Subscription based offering (subscription license with hourly price) on Azure.

For builds greater than or equal to Build 13.0.67.43

To file a support case, you need to present support PIN code of Citrix ADC subscription based offering that you have deployed on Azure to Citrix support. You will also be asked for your name and email address. To find the support PIN code of Citrix ADC subscription based offering log on to the VPX GUI and navigate to the System page.

For older builds

To file a support case, you need to present SKU ID of Citrix ADC subscription based offering that you have deployed on Azure to Citrix support. You will also be asked for your name and email address. To find the SKU ID of Citrix ADC subscription based offering follow these steps:

  1. SSH to NSIP of Citrix ADC on Azure
  2. Go to Shell from the CLI by typing shell and hitting Enter.
  3. Run the following command to get the SKU ID:
    • curl -H Metadata:true -m 5 -s -S –stderr – ‘http://169.254.169.254/metadata/instance/compute/sku?api-version=2017-04-02&format=text’ > sku.txt
  4. Share the sku.txt file with the support team.
