Unable to login to My ShareFile Account, Password Not Working

Objective

You or all the users in your organization have been logged out of their account. When they try to log in it will report “username or password is incorrect.

Due to an increase in internet-account credential (username and password) theft, Citrix requires a password reset and will incorporate a regularly scheduled forced password reset into our normal operating procedures.
