Message: An error occurred while transferring message {message id} because the sender type could not be downgraded. An X.400 API Association (XAPIA) {error code} reason code and {error code} diagnostic code were returned. [{value}{value}{value}{value}] (14)

Explanation
The message transfer agent (MTA) determined that this object’s Originator OR name contains data that cannot be downgraded for transfer over a 1984 X.400 backbone. The downgrade process occurs according to the rules defined in Blue Book X.419, Annex B.

User Action
Use message tracking to identify the message sender, and modify his or her X.400 address to allow messages to be sent over the 1984 connection. Or, if the backbone supports the later X.400 version, use 1988 X.400 protocols.
