This Error event indicates that the process responsible for maintaining the Content Filter agent is not responding to requests from other processes that use the Content Filter agent. Therefore, the process responsible for maintaining the Content Filter agent is being restarted in an attempt to restore ordinary operation. If the Content Filter agent cannot be restarted, content filtering will not occur. This event may be accompanied by MSExchange Antispam event 307.
