This Error indicates that the Microsoft Exchange server was unable to retrieve the per user GUID (global database identifier) for the database. A table may be locked or corrupted. If this error occurs during a cluster node restart, you can generally ignore the error.

If this event is logged occasionally, no user action is required. However, if this event is logged repeatedly, try one or more of the following:

  • Review the Application log for related events. For example, events that occur immediately before and after this event may provide more information about the root cause of this event.
