This event indicates that the virtual server instance failed to initialize.
Check for issues with permissions. Were there any changes made to permissions recently? You can try to run SETUP with the DOMAINPREP switch to get the permissions reset. If this does not help, you may need to remove Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP), reinstall SMTP, and then run the SMTPREINSTALL program.
