Explanation

This Error event indicates the Microsoft Exchange Transport service has exhausted all attempts to load the resolver configuration data during the service startup.

By default, the Microsoft Exchange Transport service will try to load the resolver configuration data a maximum of five times when the service starts. There is a 10-second interval between each attempt. After the maximum number of attempts is reached, this error is generated.

   
User Action

To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:

  • Restart the Microsoft Exchange Transport service.

  • Review the Application log for related events. For example, events that occur immediately before and after this event may provide more information about the root cause of this error.
