Explanation

This Warning event indicates that the Microsoft Exchange EdgeSync service closed a synchronization session between the computer that is running the Hub Transport server role and the computer that is running the Edge Transport server role. The connection may have been closed because of the following circumstances:

  • If the name of the Hub Transport server or Edge Transport server was changed.

  • If an internal transport certificate (also referred to as a direct trust certificate) has been copied from one computer to another.

   
User Action

To resolve this warning, do the following:

  2. Re-subscribe the Edge Transport server specified in the event description. For more information, see Subscribing the Edge Transport Server to the Exchange Organization.
