This Error event indicates that some or all of the transport agents that are configured on this Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 server have not started. As a result, the Microsoft Exchange Transport service has been forced to stop. This Error event can only occur when the Microsoft Exchange Transport service is starting. The transport agent or transport agents that caused the error are included in Event 1052, which accompanies this Error event. The following are two of the reasons why these Error events occur:
