This Error event indicates that the Microsoft Exchange server that logged this event is not connected to the local area network. This event may occur when the network adapter installed on this server is either disabled or not working.
To resolve this error, make sure that the server that logged this event is connected to the local area network. Additionally, make sure that the following Exchange Management Shell cmdlet returns the IP address of one or more DNS servers:
