Explanation

This event can be logged during the offline address book generation process on a computer that is running Microsoft® Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2 (SP2). This event indicates that Exchange has truncated the properties of an entry in an offline address list. The event description specifies the entry, address list, and MAPI IDs that correspond to the logging of this error.

Event ID 9359 is logged only if you have set diagnostic logging on the OAL Generator category of the MSExchangeSA component to Medium or Maximum. If you are using default logging levels, only the related MSExchangeSA event 9320 is logged.

To resolve this error, do one or more of the following:

  • Review Microsoft Knowledge Base article 908496, Event ID 9320 is logged when you generate an offline address book on a server that is running Exchange Server 2003 Service Pack 2.
