User Action

To resolve this Error, follow these steps:

Caution   If you incorrectly modify the attributes of Active Directory directory service objects when you use Active Directory Service Interfaces (ADSI) Edit, the LDP (ldp.exe) tool, or another Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) version 3 client, you may cause serious problems. These problems may require that you reinstall Microsoft Windows Server 2003, Exchange Server 2007, or both. Modify Active Directory object attributes at your own risk.

  1. Open ADSI Edit.

  2. Double-click the Configuration container, expand CN=Services, CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=Administrative Groups, CN=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT) and CN=Servers.

  3. Expand the server that logged this event.

  4. Expand CN=Protocols, and then click CN=HTTP.

  5. In the right-pane, right-click CN=OAB (Default Web Site) and then click Properties.

  6. In the Attribute Editor, click the msExchPollInterval attribute, and then click Edit.

  7. Enter a value which is within the value range that is specified in the event description.

  8. Close ADSI Edit.

Note   If you have multiple offline address book virtual directory objects, follow these steps for each object.

If you are not already doing so, consider running the tools that Microsoft Exchange offers to help administrators analyze and troubleshoot their Exchange environment. These tools can help you make sure that your configuration is in line with Microsoft best practices. They can also help you identify and resolve performance issues, improve mail flow, and better manage disaster recovery scenarios. Go to the Toolbox node of the Exchange Management Console to run these tools now. For more information about these tools, see Toolbox in the Exchange Server 2007 Help.
