This Warning event indicates that the corruption of data may have occurred during the backup or restore process. This corruption has caused the database file to be truncated to a size that is not a multiple of 4 KB.
To resolve this warning, try the restore process again. If the problem persists, then this backup may be corrupted and an earlier backup should be used.
