Explanation

This Warning event indicates that the mobile device user’s connection to the Exchange mailbox failed. This event may occur if the following conditions are true:

  • The mailbox specified in the event description is damaged.

  • A whole Microsoft® Exchange Server database is damaged. Exchange ActiveSync was unable to find the user’s mailbox on the computer that has the Mailbox server role installed.

   
User Action

To resolve this warning, do one or more of the following:

  • Verify that the user can access Microsoft Office Outlook® or Exchange 2007 Outlook Web Access.

  • Examine the Application log of the mailbox server. The Application log may indicate that there are damaged database or log files on the server specified in the event description.

  • Restore the database from backup.
