Explanation | |
This Error event indicates the Microsoft Exchange Transport service has exhausted all attempts to load the resolver configuration data. By default, the Microsoft Exchange Transport service will try to load the routing configuration data a maximum of five times when the service starts. There is a 10-second interval between each attempt. After the maximum number of attempts is reached, this error is generated. |
