Explanation

This Error event indicates that the Microsoft Exchange Search service did not initialize the Microsoft Search engine that Exchange Search calls upon to perform indexing on the Exchange Mailbox server. The error might have occurred because of a corrupted Exchange installation. Because of this error, Exchange Search will not be enabled for all mailboxes on this server. Therefore, search results may take a long time to appear.
