Explanation

This Error event indicates that an unhandled exception occurred in the Microsoft® Exchange Server 2007 Unified Messaging (UM) worker process (UMWorkerProcess.exe) during an incoming call. As a result, the incoming call was disconnected. This event may occur if the following conditions are true:

  • An unexpected error is generated within the UM worker process.

  • There is no mechanism defined by the UM worker process to handle the error.

   
User Action

To resolve this error, follow one or more of these steps:

  • Restart the Microsoft Exchange Unified Messaging service.

  • Restart the Unified Messaging server.
