Explanation

This Warning event indicates that the Auto Attendant is not configured to use a valid time zone. Therefore, the time zone used for call answering will be based on the system time zone of the computer that has the Unified Messaging server role installed that is accepting the calls. You may also experience the following symptoms when this event occurs:

  • Actions defined for business hours only are treated as non-business hour actions.

  • Actions defined for non-business hours are treated as business hour actions.
