Unable to read a message from the MTS-OUT folder due to MAPI error code {error code}. The message will remain in the MTS-OUT folder until it can be successfully read . This event will be logged for each unsuccessful attempt to read the message. If the problem persists then the message can be viewed and deleted from the MTS-OUT folder using Microsoft Exchange Administrator.
