7020161: AD users see Error 400 when trying to open files from NSS AD volumes

Environment

Situation

Filr users provisioned from an Active Directory source receive an Error 400 – Unknown File error when attempting to open a file inside a Net Folder configured as NSS-AD volume.

Note: Filr users provisioned from an eDirectory source do not see this problem.

Resolution

A fix for this issue is available in the Filr 3.2 Update.

Cause

Active Directory provisioned users were not able to do file operations in a NSS-AD Net Folder because effective rights were not being returned in non-trustee cache mode.
