7020171: Using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to save in Filr folder fails

Situation

Using Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, if a user tries to save a PDF version of the file directly inside one of the Filr folders using the option Print > Adobe PDF, the operation fails and a text file is saved instead. The contents of the text file generated are:

The system cannot find the file specified.

C:UserjdoeFilrMy Filessample-file.pdf

Note that if the user tries to save the PDF to any other location outside of the Filr area, the file is saved without problems.

Resolution

This issue is under investigation (Bug 994764). As a workaround, save the file to a folder outside the Filr area and then copy the file to the desired Filr folder.
