Sophos is investigating reports of some Central customers receiving false positive XG Firewall connection alerts on their dashboard.

Some customers may receive false positive connection alerts, but upon further investigation on the firewall no connection issues are actually experienced.
The fix for this issue has been implemented on Sophos Central. Any customers still affected are requested to reach out to Sophos Support for further investigation.
