Sophos is investigating reports of XG Firewall users who are experiencing errors trying to register to Sophos Central.
The following message is shown: “Temporary error while accessing Sophos Central”.
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s)
Sophos XG users attempting to register their firewall with Sophos Central results in the error “Temporary error while accessing Sophos Central”.
This affects new registration and re-registration attempts.
Note: XG Firewalls already registered with Sophos Central are not affected.
