Attaching Auto-Scaling policies from devOps pipeline with active deploy.

I am trying to attach the auto scaling service policies with new apps created using active deploy in the develop stage of my pipeline. I am able to bind the service but not able to attach the policies as the only way to do that is to do it through BLUEMIX CLI which is not available in a cloud foundry app pipeline. Can you devise a solution?

Connecting Azure Log Integration with QRadar

We have a prospect that is a heavy Azure user and wants to know how to use QRadar to monitor log activity. We have researched this and are having problems understanding the best way of doing this. Should we put a collector in the cloud and use a VPN to channel the logs to an on-premise AIO or is there a better way.
Any help would be appreciated.

Mike Parkes
