I need a solution

Hi we are getting bound backs from sending to long time customers. The followiing is what the bounce back contains.

Remote Server returned ‘<cluster5.eu.messagelabs.com #5.0.0 smtp; 553-Message filtered. Refer to the Troubleshooting page at 553-http://www.symanteccloud.com/troubleshooting for more 553 information. (#5.7.1)>’

I have no clue where to even start looking. This happens when we try to froward a message to her. If we create a new message it goes theough ok. I created a new message and copied the message to it and attempted to send it. Same thing happened. I removed all the hyperlinks from the message but still nothing.  Please help.

I need a solution

Dear,

This morning in the enforce console , appear this error massage from the endpoint server:

Message
Code 2500
Summary Unexpected Error Processing Message
Detail Message chain #8 encountered an unexpected error processing a message. See the log file for details.
Message
Code 2500
Summary Unexpected Error Processing Message
Detail

Message chain #6 encountered an unexpected error processing a message. See the log file for details.

The FileReaderxxx.log indicate more information about, my questions is the error “- out of memory” is about a physical memory of the endpoint server or a configuration of the server?

The last week add a new rule with a IDM profile, its possible form that rule?

SEVERE: Message chain #6 failed to process message – out of memory.

How do I connect to the IBM websphere MQ without having the IBM MQ client installed on the client machine?

I want to connect to the IBM web sphere Message Queue without having the IBM Message Queue client installed on the client machine. With Message Queue Client Installed, the connectivity works . But the requirement is to communicate via Message Queue without having the Message Queue Client installed.

Code used for Connectivity is as below:

QueueManagerName = strQueueManagerName;
QueueName = strQueueName;
ChannelInfo = strChannelInfo;
//
char[] separator = {‘/’};
string[] ChannelParams;
ChannelParams = ChannelInfo.Split( separator );
channelName = ChannelParams[0];
transportType = ChannelParams[1];
connectionName = ChannelParams[2];
String strReturn = “”;
try
{
queueManager = new MQQueueManager( QueueManagerName,
channelName, connectionName );
strReturn = “Connected Successfully”;
}
catch(MQException exp)
{
strReturn = “Exception: ” + exp.Message ;
}

Help with a Rule

Hi!

I need help with a rule. I have a Server running different applications, one of which sends a heartbeat message every 15 minutes. We expect 4 messages of those each hour. If we don’t get them, an offense or message, or email should be generated.

Therefore, I created a rule that monitors this specific event. Below are my tests.

100352 when the event(s) were detected by one or more of >LinuxServer @ x.x.x.x –> true
—————————————
100352 when the event QID is one of the following >(44251372) “Heartbeat Message” –> true
—————————————
100352 NOT when at least >4 events are seen with the same >Event Name in >65 >minutes –> true

I tested and it does not work. The last test goes “true”, even though the events keep arriving… maybe I do not understand the “NOT” there. Is there any other better way to design a rule that matches upon absence of a specific event?

Thank you!

Regards,

Bruno
