Why ODBC gateway failed with the following error?

Customer runs a batch of 100s of data rules, all the rules run ok but some rule status never gets updated and shows as still running.
Customer states this is a random issue – Randomly one of the get status request will show no data, which means nothing is running, nothing is failed or nothing is successessful, no status code has returned.
They are trying to find the root cause in order to avoid this issue from reoccurring.

Hi is it possible to update retrieve and rank answer units without losing the trained questions?

I tried updating the answer units using the same answer unit id through the js solrclient update method.

Although the answer units’ title and body were successfully amended, the trained questions that were associated with the answer unit all disappeared.

May I know how to modify the content of the without affecting the mapping between questions and answer units? From machine learning perspective, shall we create new answer units instead of updating existing ones?
