Old PC with NO GPU and screen to Server [on hold]

guys. I got old PC ( Pentium 4 with board ecs 915pl-a2 ) and I’d love to turn this to a server. How I could install OS (FreeBSD or Debian or mb Windows server) to it and run it and use it. I mean I’d love to run it via ssh. My PC is Win 7
