Can we set pollingInterval_s of batchManager command to 0?

I’m using WebSphere Liberty and the command help of batchManaer
shows as follows.

–pollingInterval_s=[polling interval in seconds]
The interval of time at which to poll for job status.
The default is 30 seconds.

Can we set it to 0?
