ITNM 4.2 – How can I control the device icon size and placement in network views when using a background map?

When I am using a background image in my network views, the icon size does not stay relative to the map size when I zoom into a specific area of the map. Is there a way to configure the views so that when a location is enlarged that the icon size changes relative to the map area?
