Mapping events error

When mapping an event, why do I always get an error:
*An error has occurred. Refresh your browser (press F5) and attempt the action again. If the problem persists, please contact customer support for assistance.*

When I refreshed, it gives:
*The system has detected multiple requests affecting this data. Click Return to display the last saved data. Your changes may be lost.*

All I did was click the Map Event, then search for the QID and click OK.

Can you advise?
