Encryption Desktop – What To Do To Open .pgd FIle When User Is Gone

I need a solution

Ver 10.4.1 Encryption Desktop

Windows 7

Is there any way to open a .pgd file that belonged to a person who has left the company.  I do have the passphrase but her email address has been disabled and I think there enlies the problem.  Should I be able to use the Master Key?
