Citrix Files Outlook: Share: Folders or StreamIDs may not be included in a ShareID for this account

This is expected behavior with Citrix Files for Outlook versions 6.5.50 and later.

To fix this issue, the individual user needs open Citrix Files Options menu located in the Outlook Home ribbon.


Click Edit on Attaching Files.


Uncheck “Always link to the latest version of the file” in the Attaching Files settings.

Note: After the change you will need to recreate the email and add the attachments again.
