CVAD Setup Wizard Fails To Complete When Using Citrix Cloud – Index Was Out Of Range

This issue has been resolved in Provisioning Services 2112. The fix will be public for LTSR 1912 in the CU6 release. In the meantime a private fix will be available for the current CU, at this time that is CU5. Please contact support for more details on CVADHELP-19659

Since the code had been fixed in PVS 2112, running the CVAD Wizard from a host with the PVS Remote Console installed effectively bypasses this error.
