When inspecting debug log file messages on XenMobile Server or Citrix Endpoint Management, you may find one of the following messages recorded amongst the entries. Such entries can indicate that a problem has occurred when the MDM server attempts to communicate with Google servers, for the purposes of implementing certain Android Enterprise features or functions:
Could not complete (action) because googleDeviceId or google UserId could not be retrieved.
Error occurred while sending auto update policy to Google.
An empty response was received while updating the device policy.
