Director Shadow Doesn’t Work When Using Parent Domain Accounts Accessing VDAs in Sub-Domain

Citrix shadow feature relies on Microsoft remote assistance feature.

We invoke MS API GetNoviceUserInfo() to generate msrc incident file.

In this scenario, this API calls returns an exception.
