NOTICE OF STATUS CHANGE ANNOUNCEMENT FOR THE CITRIX ADC MPX 9700, 10500, 12500, 15500 and MPX/SDX 17500, 19500, 21500 APPLIANCES
Citrix Systems, Inc. announces the future End-of-Sale (EOS) for the Citrix ADC MPX 9700, 10500, 12500, 15500 (non-FIPS) and MPX/SDX 17500, 19500, 21500 appliances. The last date to purchase a new ADC MPX 9700, 10500, 12500, 15500 and MPX/SDX 17500, 19500, 21500 is December 30, 2012. Customers with active service contracts will continue to receive support from Citrix Technical Support until December 30, 2017 adherent to the Citrix ADC EOL Policy and pursuant to the terms and conditions of the support contract.
The tables below explain the Citrix ADC life cycle management milestones as well as important information regarding dates and support options during this period. The dates and milestones provided are in accordance with the policies of the Citrix ADC MPX 9700, 10500, 12500, 15500 and MPX/SDX 17500, 19500, 21500 at the time of the product’s release.

*Note: 9700 model for Korea region will go EOS March 30, 2013 and EOL March 30, 2018. 9700/10500/12500/15500 10GE models will go EOS March 30, 2013 and EOL March 30, 2018.
Products Affected
The product numbers affected by this announcement and their replacements are listed in Table 2 (below). The hardware models listed in the Product Replacement / Alternatives column represent the migration path for this discontinued hardware models. MPX 9700, 10500, 12500, 15500 FIPS models and Standalone Application Firewall MPX 10500, MPX 12500 are not included in this announcement.
